What we process and why
- Page views: we record the page path and the date, with no IP address, no identifier and no cookie, to measure traffic. The “Do Not Track” signal is respected. These files contain no personal data.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address is passed to Buttondown, the sending service, together with a confirmation email. Basis: your consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe, which you can do in one click from every email.
- Messages and agent submissions: if you write to us or submit an agent, your email address and your message are received by our team in order to reply to you. Retention: the time needed to handle your request and follow up on our exchange.
- Outreach to vendors: we write to the vendors of listed tools at the generic business address published on their website, to present the directory. Replying “stop” is enough to stop being contacted.

AgentsIA sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

The site is hosted by NINDO HOST SARL (66 avenue Mohamed V, floor 4, no. 25, Tangier, Morocco). The newsletter is sent by Buttondown, a company based in the United States. We do not sell any data.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to partenariats@annuaire-agents-ia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
