FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Were these cases really put in place?
Yes. They’re inspired by the first-hand account of a small business owner who gradually handed these tasks to an AI assistant, OpenClaw, installed on a Mac mini. We rewrote them as practical guides, without any personal data or company names.
Do you need to be a developer to reproduce these cases?
Not necessarily, but it takes time. The owner compares the exercise to onboarding a junior: explain, observe, correct. OpenClaw and Hermes Agent need to be installed; Grok Bot is a turnkey service, without direct access to your local network.
What stays under human control?
In every case, the binding decisions: approving a contract, an over-limit expense, a DNS change, sending an email to a third party. The agent prepares, executes within a written framework and reports back.
How much time does it save?
We give no figures: the owner hasn’t measured a precise gain, and we don’t make one up. He describes tasks that no longer wait for him to be available, and checks that are done systematically.
